The license you're buying

ScreenClipr is $9.99, one time, for a perpetual license to use the app — not a subscription. Your purchase includes one year of free app updates from the date of purchase. After that year, the app keeps working exactly as it is, indefinitely; nothing is disabled, locked, or nagged. Renewing for another $9.99 is entirely optional and only unlocks another year of updates.

Each license key may be activated on up to 3 Macs. If you need it moved to a new Mac beyond that (e.g. you're replacing your last remaining device), contact us and we'll sort it out.

Free trial

New installs get a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature — no credit card required to start. If you don't purchase a license before the trial ends, capturing pauses; nothing you've already created is deleted.

Refund policy

If ScreenClipr isn't working for you, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it, no questions asked. Contact us with the email address you purchased under and we'll process it promptly through Stripe, back to your original payment method.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to circumvent the licensing/activation system. A license key is for your own personal or organizational use across your own Macs (up to the activation limit above) — not for sharing publicly or reselling.

No warranty

ScreenClipr is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond what's legally required, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

Your content

Everything you capture, record, or annotate with ScreenClipr is yours. It's stored locally on your Mac and we never access it — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top of this page and note significant changes in the app's release notes.
